The academic cooperation office of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and the Laboratory “Etudes Maghrébines, Dirasset” of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of Tunis within the framework of the work of the “Gender” axis through the proposal and scientific coordination of Mrs Kochbati Imen, organized a meeting with women researchers of the Tunisian University, who, starting from their own experience, analysed this phenomenon according to some benchmarks such as: the family’s education and scientific heritage, personal experience and skills acquired, the working environment and research structure, gender relations and patronage, the criteria required for women’s professional advancement….
